The Chicago Sun-Times reports on a very interesting concept floated by Ald . Bob Fioretti (2nd) with regards to creating a "Music Row" along a stretch on S. Michigan Ave. One would hope they do thorough research and include the fascinating history of Record Row.
I for one have grand ideas of a music district where local artists are welcome to display their talents one a nightly basis in front out large appreciative crowds.
